The invention discloses a flexible packaging lithium ion battery which comprises a battery core and a packaging film which is used for encapsulating the battery core, wherein the battery core is provided with a battery core main body and a pair of electrode lugs extended from the battery core main body; the battery core main body is provided with an electrode lug leading surface, a tail surface opposite to the electrode lug leading surface and a side which is positioned between the electrode lug leading surface and the tail surface, and the electrode lug leading surface is formed by leading the electrode lugs out of the battery core main body; the side of the battery core main body and a region at which the electrode lug leading surface and the tail surface are jointed form a main body corner; the packaging film for packaging the battery core is provided with an electrode lug leading edge corresponding to the electrode lug leading surface, a seal edge corresponding to the side of the battery core main body and a tail edge corresponding to the tail surface; and butadiene styrene rubber is added to at least one part in the electrode lug leading edge, the seal edge, the side of the battery core main body, the battery core main body, the tail surface of the battery core main body and the main body corner and then solidified.
