The fixing bracket comprises two or more purlines, U-shaped bolts, nuts, a pressure plate and two or more triangular brackets, wherein the purlines have rectangular tube or square tube structures; each triangular bracket consists of a cross arm, a rear upright post, a sway brace, a front supporting seat, a rear supporting seat, a connecting plate, bolts and nuts; the U-shaped bolts are sleeved on the purlines of a battery component from bottom to top; the pressure plate covers the battery component to be fastened; and the nuts are screwed tightly on the end parts of the U-shaped bolts passing through pressure plate screw holes. The purlines are connected with the battery component and the cross arm through the U-shaped bolts, and the formation of installation holes and T-shaped guide grooves on the purlines is not required, so that hole forming and installation errors are avoided, and the installation is convenient.
