Abstract

Provide is an apparatus for detecting tapered roller bearing rolling element upside-down mounting and missing mounting. The apparatus is composed of a conveying mechanism, an image acquisition module, a central processing module, a position detection mechanism and an abnormity sorting mechanism. The position detection mechanism comprises a shooting proximity switch at the shooting position and a sorting proximity switch at the sorting position on the conveying mechanism. The abnormity sorting mechanism is provided at a sorting position. The annular light source of the image acquisition moduleand a camera are provided at the shooting position. The blanking baffle plate of the abnormity sorting mechanism is provided at the gap of the sorting position. The blanking baffle plate is connectedwith the abnormity sorting cylinder. The detection method is that the camera shoots the image information of the bearing to be detected; the information is transmitted to a central processing module for processing and analyses; the detected bearing whose rolling element is missing or is upside-down mounted is eliminated by the abnormity sorting mechanism. The detection apparatus is characterized by simple operation, practicality and high efficiency and strong versatility. The detection precision is improved, an automatic continuous detection is realized, abnormal detected bearings can be rapidly and accurately eliminated and the efficiencies of detection and sorting are improved.
