Abstract

The invention provides a closed loop iron core coiling structure which comprises a closed loop iron core, a conductive layer and a plurality of connecting endpoints, wherein the conductive layer is attached to the surface of the closed loop iron core; two parallel spiral coils which are formed by removing part of the conductive layer surround the closed loop iron core; and the plurality of connecting endpoints are connected to two ends of the spiral coils. According to the invention, the spiral conductive layer is attached to the surface of the closed loop iron core to form the coils, and therefore, the problem that the closed loop iron core is too small to accurately wind the coils is solved. In addition, the invention provides a closed loop iron core coiling method.
