The system comprises a management maintenance tool, a logical analysis center and a foreground application, wherein the management maintenance tool comprises a data center, a model center and a graphic center; the data center is used for storing the real-time database information of a grid application system; the model center is used for completely describing all attributes of grid equipment; the graphic center is used for acquiring a graphic interface from each application system, converting the format of the graphic interface into a vector graphic format, and leading in the data center for storage; and the logical analysis center is used for acquiring all kinds of data and graphs from the data center, performing analysis and logical checking according to a preset model, and outputting data which is required by service analysis to the foreground application.
