A method, base station and user equipment(UE) for transmitting and receiving trigger Sounding Reference Signal(SRS) configuration information are provided, which relate to the wireless communication field. The method for transmitting the trigger SRS configuration information includes the following steps: hidden information corresponding to first configuration information is confirmed by the preset correspondence between said first configuration information and the hidden information; a sub-frame corresponding to the hidden information is confirmed by the preset correspondence between said hidden information and a sub-frame number during an SRS sub-frame period; the UE is triggered by transmitting the trigger information on said sub-frame; second configuration information is contained in said trigger information.
