The method comprises the steps as follows: after receiving the message, the route exchange equipment which supports load balance group calculates HASH value of the message, and according to the mapping relationship between the message HASH value and the VLAN ID configured thereon, acquires the VLAN ID corresponding to the HASH value of the message; the route exchange equipment adds the acquired VLAN ID to the message, and transmits the message to the bi-layer exchange equipment so that the bi-layer exchange equipment transmits the message according to the VLAN transmitting table item configured thereon and the VLAN ID in the message.
