Abstract

The invention discloses a sound inspecting and compensating device and method based on a machine vision technology and aims at providing a sound inspecting and compensating method which is not easy for bringing other distortion. The whole method comprises the following flow steps of: marking at an inspected part on a loudspeakercone by using a nite writer pen; fixing a loudspeaker; aligning a lens of a camera to the loudspeakercone, wherein the vibration direction of a phosphor dot on the loudspeakercone is vertical to the lens direction of the camera; playing a disk with a standard sound source; meanwhile, shooting by using the camera, processing the shot picture and analyzing the frequency spectrum of the phosphor dot; comparing the frequency of the disk with the standard sound source with the frequency spectrum to obtain the deviation of a sound system; and compensating the short or superfluous frequency in front of the loudspeaker. A waveform graph of the phosphor dot actually reflects the frequency spectrum of sound made by the loudspeaker, and the final sound can infinitely approximate the output of a sound source through frequency compensation. The sound inspecting and compensating device and method are suitable for inspection and correction of all sound systems.
