Abstract

The present invention relates to an exercise apparatus (2) comprising a weight stack (6) for opposing a given exercise motion through a cable (8) and pulley (10) system. The weight stack (6) comprises a set of weights (14) vertically stacked on each other. The weights have a central aperture (18) formed therein through which a lifting stem (16) is downwardly insertable.
