A main circuit of the controller comprises a rectifier module and an inverter module which are connected with each other in sequence, wherein first alternating current of the generator is converted into second alternating current through the rectifier module and the inverter module; the controller also comprises a control unit, an output currentdetection module, a rotation speed detection module, a generator rotation speed adjusting module and an adjusting device; the rotation speed detection module is used for detecting rotation speed of the generator, generating a rotation speed signal according to the rotation speed and transmitting the rotation speed signal to the control unit; the output current detection module is used for detecting output current of the inverter module to obtain a load current signal and transmitting the load current signal to the control unit; the control unit is used for generating a rotation speed control signal according to the load current signal and the rotation speed signal and transmitting the rotation speed control signal to the generator rotation speed adjusting module of the generator; and the generator rotation speed adjusting module is used for driving the adjusting device to adjust a throttle valve of the generator according to the rotation speed control signal. By adopting the controller, effects of low generator energy loss and high controller response speed can be achieved.
