The developing box comprises a powder cabin frame, a waste powder cabin frame, a photosensitive element and a developing element which are assembled integrally, wherein the photosensitive element is arranged in parallel to the developing element; the inner wall of the waste powder cabin frame is provided with a cleaning blade; the cleaning blade is arranged in parallel to the photosensitive element, and is pressed against the photosensitive element; the inner wall of the powder cabin frame is provided with a sealing blade; the sealing blade is arranged in parallel to the developing element, and is pressed against the developing element; the top of the waste powder cabin frame is provided with a handle which is parallel to the photosensitive element; the handle is connected with the top of the waste powder cabin frame through a first support part and a second support part positioned at the two ends; and the length of the handle in a direction parallel to the photosensitive element is greater than two thirds of that of the waste powder cabin frame. The invention further provides an imaging device comprising the developing box. By adopting the developing box and the imaging device, carbon powder leakage can be avoided.
