The long claw is fixedly connected to the position of the long-short claw support device, wherein the position of the long-short claw support device is at one side of the hand climbing rod; the short claw is hinged to the position of the long-short claw support device, wherein the position of the long-short claw support device is at the other side of the hand climbing rod; and the short claw has a shutting position and an opening position. There is a gap between the long claw and the short claw; and an open elliptical arc loop structure is formed by the short claw and the long claw.
