The method for cleaning by adopting the fin cleaning machine for the central air-conditioning terminal device (containing the indoor unit) comprises the following steps of: sequentially performing clean-water cleaning, cleaning-solution cleaning and disinfection on a fin group 4 of the terminal device (containing the indoor unit) through the cleaning mechanism; shooting the fin group 4 through the shooting mechanism; and intuitively checking the final cleaning effect.
