The device comprises a current transformer, three vibration sensors, three infrared temperature sensors, a current signal conditioning module, a vibration signal conditioning module, a data acquisition module, a frequency tracking module, a microprocessor module, a data storage module, a setting module, a display module and the like, wherein the current transformer is connected with the current signal conditioning module; the vibration sensors are connected with the vibration signal conditioning module; the current signal conditioning module is connected with input ports of the infrared temperature sensors and the data acquisition module; an input end of the frequency tracking module is connected with any output port of the current signal conditioning module; the frequency tracking module is connected with the microprocessor module; and the vibration signal conditioning module, the data acquisition module, the data storage module, the setting module, the display module and the like are respectively connected with an analog/digital (AD) interface, a data line, an address line, a control line, a general purpose input/output (GPIO) interface and an asynchronous serial interface of the microprocessor module.
