The indoor intelligent video monitoring system comprises at least one camera and an LED controllable supplementary lighting lamp, wherein a video cable of the camera is connected with an intelligent video analysis meter and a digital video recorder respectively; when input video information is not matched with the monitoring information of a preset monitoring object in the intelligent video analysis meter, a loudspeaker is triggered by the intelligent video analysis meter to output an alarm signal; a monitoring client is connected with a centralized controller; the centralized controller is connected with a node controller of the supplementary lighting lamp and a node controller of an illuminometer; the illuminometer is used for detecting the environment brightness and transmitting the detected environment brightness to the centralized controller; meanwhile, the centralized controller is used for receiving an environment brightness value preset at the monitoring client; when the environment brightness value detected by the illuminometer is not matched with the environment brightness value set at the monitoring client, the brightness of the LED controllable supplementary lighting lamp is regulated by the centralized controller through the node controller of the supplementary lighting lamp.
