Abstract

The three layers of materials are bonded by partial infiltration. Compared with prior art, with adoption of the thermoplastic composite material, the invention provides the strength, rigidity and impact resistance of the whole composite material. The fibrofelt is used as a transitional layer to provide connection, and the elastic body layer is mainly used to provide anti-skidding performance and abrasive resistance. Connection between the thermoplastic composite material and the anti-skidding elastic body is provided by the fibrofelt so that the two materials with poor bonding performance which are different in properties have good bonding strength. A layer of elastic body is compactly attached to the surface of the thermoplastic composite material to provide good anti-skidding performance and abrasive resistance. The thermoplastic composite material adopted provides the strength and rigidity of the whole material, and even more important, provides the impact resistance greatly superior to that of thermosetting composite materials.
