The components and the preparation method of the composition provided by the invention are represented as the following: (1) all components (except interferon) in a formula are respectively subject to ultra-fine crushing, and are sieved by using a sieve of 700 meshes; (2) according to a weight ratio, 15-30 parts of propolis, 15-30 parts of java brucea fruit, 10-35 parts of officinal magnolia bark, 15-40 parts of amur corktree bark, and 10-40 parts of Baikal skullcap root are mixed for 5-10min until uniform; (3) according to a weight ratio, 10-35 parts of tuckahoe, 10-35 parts of lobed kudzuvine root, 15-45 parts of scorch-fried longleaf garden burnet root, 15-35 parts of Chinese arborvitae twig and leaf, 15-35 parts of oriental waterplantain tuber, and 15-55 parts of honeysuckle flower are mixed for 5-10min until uniform; (4) compositions obtained in the steps (2) and (3) are combined, and are mixed for 10-15min until uniform, such that the composite propolis composition is obtained.
