Abstract

The invention discloses a liquid crystal module and a liquid crystal display device with the same. The liquid crystal module comprises a liquid crystal panel, a backlight module, a backboard for assembling the liquid crystal panel and the backlight module, and an elastic rubber frame, wherein the backboard comprises a bottom wall and a side wall upwards extending out of the circumferential rim of the bottom wall; a cavity, of which the upper end is provided with an opening, is encircled by the bottom wall and the side wall; the backlight module is accommodated in the cavity; the elastic rubber frame is used for integrating the liquid crystal panel and the backlight module into a whole; the rubber frame is arranged on the side wall of the backboard and positioned at the opening of the upper end of the cavity; and the liquid crystal panel is arranged on the rubber frame, and closes the opening of the upper end of the cavity. According to the liquid crystal module and the liquid crystal display device, the assembly can be simplified, and the cost is reduced.
