Abstract

The invention relates to a hand-operated cross-clamp for processing an invisible protective window and a use method thereof and is characterized in that the hand-operated cross-clamp comprises four groups of clamps which are uniformly distributed around the circumference, a wedge receptacle is arranged at the handle part of each group of clamps and formed by two single clamps, cross-wedges are arranged inside the wedge receptacles of the four groups of clamps, and the parts are arranged in a sleeve; the pin of each group of clamps is inserted into the positioning hole of the sleeve and fixed through a bolt; the tail parts of the cross-wedges are hinged with a lever, and the lever is hinged with a handle which is fixed on the sleeve; and a second compression spring is arranged between the lower part of the lever and the lower part of the handle. When the hand-operated cross-clamp is used, the lower part of the lever and the lower part of the handle are closely held by hand, the cross-wedges are pushed by the upper part of the lever, the wedge receptacles are pushed open, the jaws of the four groups of clamps are closed at the same time to clamp the invisible protective window. The invention has the benefits that the work efficiency is doubled as compared with the prior art.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a tool, in particular to a pliers for processing invisible protective windows. Background technique [0002] At present, incidents of children falling from tall buildings happen from time to time. For this reason, invisible protective windows have been installed on the windows of many high-rise residential buildings (see figure 1 ). In order not to affect people's visual effects, it is mainly composed of very thin vertical steel wires, and at the same time, it is reinforced with one or two horizontal thin steel wires to prevent children from opening the vertical steel wires and drilling out of the window. Longitudinal and transverse thin steel wire with a figure 2 , image 3 The shown cross clip 20 made of iron sheet is fixed. When the cross clamp is fixed and processed, it is usually pressed with pliers image 3 Clamp the cross clamp on the thin steel wire in the direction of the cutting head shown in , which requires t...
