Abstract

The invention discloses a method for the non-contact wave velocity extraction of a surface wave of an anisotropic material, and the method belongs to the technical field of nondestructive examination. The requirement of the anisotropic material cannot be met by adopting destructive methods such as stretching and the like. In the nondestructive examination for mainly measuring the wave velocity of an acoustic wave, a V(z) curve formed by the interference of a leaky surface wave and a directly reflected wave comprises much information at the characteristic aspect of the material, and the method can be applied to the examination of mechanical properties such as the elastic constant and the like of the anisotropic material by using an ultrasonic microscope as a wave velocity measuring tool. A V(z) curve theory is introduced into the wave velocity measurement of the surface wave of the anisotropic material, so that the propagation velocity of the surface wave at different angles can be obtained, and the anisotropy of the material is represented through an angle-wave velocity curve. By using the method, the wave velocity of the surface wave of the anisotropic material can be extracted in a wide frequency scope; a single-frequency point-by-point way is replaced; different frequency ranges can be set to carry out the wave velocity extraction; an averaged value is selected as the wave velocity of the surface wave at one angle; and the random error caused by an accidental factor is avoided.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of non-destructive testing, and in particular relates to a method for extracting the wave velocity of an anisotropic material surface wave. Background technique [0002] With the continuous development of material science, various functional materials continue to emerge, especially the application of composite materials has made great progress. Due to the special preparation process, composite materials often exhibit anisotropic characteristics. Therefore, destructive traditional mechanical property testing methods such as tensile will not be able to meet the needs of anisotropic materials. In the non-destructive testing mainly measuring the acoustic wave velocity, the V(z) curve formed by the interference of the leakage surface wave and the direct reflection wave contains a lot of information on the microstructure of the material. Using an ultrasonic microscope as a wave velocity measurement tool, it can Applied to ...
