Abstract

The invention discloses a metering pump flow control method based on networked generalized predictive control optimization. According to the method, a GPC and a PID form a cascade control system for sewage treatment flow control. A primary loop employs generalized predictive control to carry out optimized controlling like model prediction, rolling optimization, and feedback correction; and a secondary loop employs PID controlling to realize precise adjustment of the rotating speed of a metering pump, so that output flow control is realized. The primary loop employs a networking controlling mode; and a GPC algorithm is implemented at a PC side and PC side and a lower computer carry out communication by using an ethernet network. A variable-structure adaptive anti-integral saturation PID control algorithm is put forward to eliminate a possible integral saturation phenomenon in an execution mechanism. According to the invention, because of the flow control technology with networking control, the operation efficiency of the GPC algorithm is improved; with the GPC-PID cascade control system, the flow control accuracy is improved; and the possible integral saturation phenomenon in the execution mechanism is avoided based on the adaptive anti-integration saturation algorithm.
