The invention provides an anti-saturation internal model control system design method based on static-state feedforward compensation. The method is used for a process industrial control system. The method comprises a controller Q, a to-be-controlled object GP containing saturation elements, an internal model Gm of the to-be-controlled object and three static-state compensators K1, K2 and K3. By performing static feedforward analysis on the basis of original internal model control system, compensation is performed for controller input bias, controller output bias, which are caused by saturation phenomena, and controller output bias caused by slowing down of output of the object. By leading in 3 compensation loops in the original internal model control system output response of the object is improved. Compared with the prior art, according to the invention, controller and compensator design is performed based on transfer function of the object, so an engineer can know the method more easily. Meanwhile, the method, which improves the output response of the object via the static feedforward compensation idea, is different from the traditional anti-saturation internal model control idea, so the method is highly realizable in actual application.
