impurity interference is completely eradicated; the medium-frequency
induction heating forms closed-loop
temperature control through a
thermocouple and a PLC (
Programmable Logic Controller), and the power is dynamically adjusted to ensure that a workpiece is uniformly heated; and in the cooling stage, a segmented mode of constant-temperature
quenching oil spraying and temperature-controlled
air drying is adopted,
stress concentration is reduced, deformation and
cracking are avoided, finally, the
hardness, the abrasion resistance and the size precision of the bearing race are improved, the service life is prolonged, and the high-precision use requirement is met.
