The plunger includes: an outer wall which has an outer peripheral surface which is arranged close to the guide surface and an inner peripheral surface having an inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of the coil spring, and an inner shaft which has a rear end at a position inside the outer wall and in front of a rear end of the outer wall and allows the coil spring to be mounted on an outer side thereof.
