The invention relates to a building jacking deviation rectifying method which comprises the following steps of: excavating a guide pit on the outer side of a foundation of a building to be subjected to deviation rectification, transversely expanding from the guide pit along the foundation of the building, and excavating downward along the vertical direction of the foundation till a supporting layer to form an underpinning tunnel below the foundation; pouring a concrete underpinned pile pier in the underpinning tunnel, wherein a gap of certain distance is reserved between the upper end of the underpinned pile pier and the lower end of the building foundation; erecting a jack on the underpinned pile pier, and jacking the building foundation upward by use of the jack, and then placing a plurality of prefabricated reinforced concrete pile caps, wherein a plurality of expansion screws are arranged at the upper ends of the pile caps; applying force to the expansion bolts for expansion, and dismantling the jack; pouring expansion concrete on the side surfaces of the prefabricated reinforced concrete pile caps; and grouting between the underpinned pile piers so that a soil layer below the building foundation is dense. As the expansion bolts and expansion concrete are used in a construction process, the problem that the upper building foundation rebounds and drops after the jack is dismantled is solved.
