Abstract

The invention discloses a controller of a vacuum dividing valve. A vacuum on-off control module of the controller is matched with an air on-off control module to form double two-position two-way valves for on-off switching control so as to achieve on-off control on mutual interlocking of the air and a vacuum source. A locking control module is matched with the vacuum on-off control module to lead the vacuum on-off control module to guide fluid to unidirectionally move when the vacuum on-off control module is connected with the vacuum source and to prevent possible fluid reverse out-of-control motion caused by the fact that the vacuum dividing valve is connected into a vacuum main pipe. A driving control module is matched with a liquid level detection and control module which detects the liquid level of a vacuum delivery site collection unit and drives the vacuum on-off control module and the air on-off control module through the driving control module according to the liquid level. A vacuum delivery single access quantitative module is matched with the driving control module to achieve the required vacuum access delivery ratio. The controller of the vacuum dividing valve is advanced in technology, compact and simple in structure, reliable in work and low in manufacture cost.
