The image processing device comprises a pixel block processing unit, a counting unit, a mode switching unit, a disturbing unit and an adding unit. The counting unit generates a vertical count value according to the pixel block. The mode switching unit judges whether a three-dimensional display mode or a two-dimensional display mode is adopted by display equipment according to a mode switching signal. When the three-dimensional display mode is adopted for the display equipment, the mode switching unit regulates the counting manner of a vertical count value into the manner that every two lines of pixels are counted once, and the regulated vertical count value is output.
