Abstract

The unit (300) has a recess (301) for alternative retaining of punching- and / or embossing tools of reduced and minimized formats (WF2, WF3) in a tool receiver (31) of a punching- and / or embossing station. Telescopic clamping elements (310) hold the tools. Another recess (302) retains a plate (303) equipped with force transmission elements (304) i.e. punching knives. The latter recess has a locking element (305) for holding the plate. The clamping elements comprise a bolt (317) for transmission of clamping force.
