The invention discloses a three-station bistable permanent magnet mechanism which comprises an output shaft, an outer yoke, a moving iron core connected with the output shaft in a fastening way, a first group of coils, a second group of coils, and a moving iron core sleeved with the output shaft in an empty way; a group of permanent magnets are arranged on the moving iron core connected with the output shaft in the fastening way; a second group of permanent magnets are arranged on the moving iron core sleeved with the output shaft in an empty way; a first accommodation cavity and a second accommodation cavity which are mutually communicated are arranged at the middle of the outer yoke; the first group of coils are arranged in the first accommodation cavity and sleeved on the periphery of the moving iron core connected with the output shaft in the fastening way; and the second group of coils are fixedly arranged in the second accommodation cavity and sleeved on the moving iron core sleeved with the output shaft in an empty way.
