Embodiment 1

[0064] (1) The compost is selected from the waste compost after fermentation in the waste composting plant;

[0065] (2) Apply 0.2g kg to the above 20g of garbage compost in a petri dish - Rare earth (lanthanum nitrate), mix well and set aside;

[0066] (3) Select 50 tall fescue seeds with full grains (thousand-grain weight is 2.516g), sow them in each petri dish, weigh and water twice a day in the morning and evening during the experiment, and keep the water content of all treatments within the range of 70%% MFC Inside;

[0067] (4) The experimental period is 30 days. During the cultivation period, the laboratory temperature is 25°C, the humidity is 32%, and the light intensity is 450μmol·m-2·s -1 ;

[0068] (5) Measure the plant height every 5 days after germination, mow 31 days after sowing, cut tall fescue close to the substrate, put it in an oven, and dry it at 80°C until it reaches constant weight, and measure various indicators.

Embodiment 2

[0070] (1) The compost is selected from the waste compost after fermentation in the waste composting plant;

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving cultivating property of Festuca arundinacea turf on garbage compost substrate, which includes: firstly, applying 0,2-0.6gXkg-1 of rear earth (lanthanum nitrate or cerium nitrate) per 20g of garbage compost; and secondly, sowing 50 Festuca arundinacea seeds into culture dishes, harvesting 31 days after germination, and measuring all indexes. Experimental results show that during replacing of soil with garbage compost for establishment of soilless turf, adding the rear earth helps lawn plant seeds germinate and grow in the early stage and increasesstress resistance of lawn. On the aspect of seed germination, low concentration lanthanum nitrate is equivalent with high concentration cerium nitrate in effect, and the effect is best when 0.2gXkg-1of lanthanum nitrate is used. Germination percentage, germination index and vitality index of Festuca arundinacea are respectively increased by 27.9%, 32.7% and 34.5% compared with those in control. The method provides theoretical basis for further application of rear earth to improving stress resistance of lawn plants on compost substrate.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection, and relates to a method for cultivating lawn plants by using compost of municipal domestic garbage as a substrate. More specifically, it is a method for improving the cultivation performance of tall fescue turf as a waste composting substrate. Background technique [0002] Municipal solid waste compost is rich in organic matter and nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium, and can be used as a turf culture substrate for urban lawn establishment. The use of urban domestic waste compost for turf culture substrates solves the problem of traditional turf production that consumes fertile soil, saves agricultural land resources, alleviates the current situation of high population pressure and shortage of land resources, and broadens the application of garbage compost, reducing The cost of garbage treatment and the transportation of garbage compost to other places are also...
