Abstract

The invention discloses a lever product-hanging automatic thread rolling lathe and a thread rolling method. A bracket is arranged under a product between two thread rolling moulds on a base of the lathe; the bracket is installed on a vertical rod in which a spring stretching and retracting vertically is arranged; the vertical rod is fixed on a piston rod of a bracket pneumatic device above; a material pressing block which is fixed on a hydraulic device and is capable of lifting is arranged over a product machining position; a position limiting block and an automatic material pushing device are axially arranged at the front end of the bracket; when the product is rolled by the two thread rolling moulds, the bracket retracts downwards and backwards, and the product is clamped by the material pressing block and the two thread rolling moulds, hung and rolled, so that the lathe can automatically clamp and machine the product, and a hanging rolling way improves the surface quality and the stability of the thread-rolled product; the bracket, the position limiting block and a material pushing pneumatic device are arranged, so that the lathe can automatically convey materials stably; the problem of unstable quality of the product which is clamped by an operator manually in the rolling process of the conventional lathe is solved; and the lever product-hanging automatic thread rolling lathe and the thread rolling method are applied to lever products, such as rivets, bolts and the like.
