Embodiment

[0014] A vertical tissue clip for laparoscopy, such as figure 1 and figure 2 As shown, including the clamp support and support support (3), the clamp support is composed of a sub-clamp support (1) and a female clamp support (2), and the sub-clamp support (1) and the female clamp support (2) are mutually Coordinated self-locking structure, the mating surfaces of the sub-clamp (1) and the female clip (2) are arc-shaped, and the mating surfaces of the sub-clip (1) and the female clip (2) are provided with mutual misalignment The clamping tooth (5); the supporting branch (3) is in a "V" shape structure, and the supporting branch (3) is connected with the clamping branch by an easily separable sheet (4); the plane of the two clamping branches and the supporting branch The planes are perpendicular to each other.

[0015] The self-locking structure is a self-locking structure in which the protruding parts (6) at both ends of the sub-clip are complementary to the grooves (7) of the...

Abstract

The invention discloses a vertical tissue clamp for an endoscope, belonging to the technical field of medical instruments. The vertical tissue clamp comprises a clamp member and a support member, wherein the clamp member consists of a secondary clamp member and a primary clamp member; the secondary clamp member and primary clamp member are in self-locking structures matched with each other; the involution surfaces of the secondary clamp member and primary clamp member are provided with mutually-staggered clamping teeth; the support member has a V-shaped structure; the support member and the clamp member are in easily-separated connection; and the planes of the two clamp members are vertical to the plane of the support member. The easily-separated connection means that: the clamp member and the support member are connected through an easily-broken sheet, and the sheet on the support member is separated from the clamp member when the clamping force is applied to the support member. When in use, a pair of holding forceps places the tissue clamp through an endoscope operation channel at the part needing anastomosis or hemostasis so as to clamp the part needing anastomosis or hemostasis; and then the clamping force is applied to the support member, the sheet on the support member is disconnected from the clamp member, and the support member exits together with the holding forceps.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a vertical tissue clip for laparoscopic surgery, which is a core instrument for anastomotic tissue and hemostasis in laparoscopic surgery, and belongs to the technical field of medical devices. Background technique [0002] At present, the main methods used for anastomotic tissue and hemostasis in laparoscopic surgery include needle and thread suture, ultrasonic knife coagulation, electrocoagulation and metal clips. Needle and thread suture requires high technical difficulty and takes a long time. Ultrasonic scalpel coagulation and electrocoagulation can only be used for hemostasis of minor bleeding, the effect is not exact, and they cannot be used for anastomotic tissue. Although metal clips can be used for tissue anastomosis and hemostasis, they will affect MRI imaging, and can only clamp tissue on a plane parallel to the line of sight, but cannot complete tissue clamping on a plane perpendicular to the line of sight. Cont...
