The disassembling method comprises the following steps of: 1, positioning the bearing box and the eccentric hanger in a matching manner; 2, putting a backing ring in a gland seam allowance of the bearing box; 3, hanging the bearing box and putting the bearing box on a press head of a hydraulic press; 4, starting the hydraulic press and leading the bearing box to rise to push against a top bar of the hydraulic press; and 5, continuously starting the hydraulic press and ejecting the bearing.
