The additive is characterized by being prepared from the following substance ingredients in percentage by weight: 40 percent to 60 percent of monocalcium phosphate, 5 percent to 20 percent of calcium lactate, 2 percent to 4 percent of astaxanthin, 5 percent to 10 percent of cholesterol, 10 to 15 percent of 35 percent vitamin C- phosphate, 1 percent to 3 percent of vitamin D3, 2 percent to 4 percent of vitamin E and 5 percent to 15 percent of mannan oligosaccharide, wherein the astaxanthin has a chemical name of 3,3'-dihydroxy-4,4'-diketo-beta, beta'-renieratene, and a molecular formula is C40H52O4. The preparation method comprises the steps that all ingredients are weighed according to the weight percentage; all ingredients are respectively crushed; and all ingredients are put in a mixing machine for being uniformly mixed, wherein the feeding has the order that monocalcium phosphate is firstly placed, and then other ingredients are successively added.
