The invention relates to grease-containing wastewater evaporation concentrating equipment and a concentrating method thereof. The concentrating equipment mainly comprises an evaporating container, a heat exchanging pipe, a burner and an induced draft fan, wherein the heat exchanger is directly arranged in the evaporating container; a flame outlet of the burner is directly communicated with an end opening at the front end of a heat exchanger; the flame of the burner burns directly in a coil pipe of the heat exchanger, so that the heat exchanger is heated directly through the heat of the flame; the heat is transferred to the wastewater containing grease through the pipe wall of the heat exchanger, so that the wastewater containing grease is heated to raise temperature and generate water vapor; and finally, the water vapor is drawn from and exhausted out of the evaporating container through the induced draft fan arranged at the upper part of the evaporating container. As a result, moisture in the wastewater containing grease is evaporated gradually, grease-like substances are dissociated and flow out of the evaporating container, and the grease is collected and recycled. Because the induced draft fan is arranged at the end opening at the back end of the heat exchanger, the continuous and stable flame of the burner is guaranteed. Therefore, the concentrating equipment has the advantages of high heat efficiency and energy utilization, and is favorable for energy conservation, emission reduction and environment protection.
