Abstract

The heat exchanger consists of a finned tube and an outer frame, wherein the finned tube consists of groups of heat exchange unit modules; each heat exchange unit module is formed by penetrating a straight plate shaped copper tube in a fin; the inlet and outlet of each group of the heat exchange unit modules are welded with the inlet and outlet of an original heat exchanger through a copper tube, and are combined with the original heat exchanger into a whole. By the modularized surface heat exchanger, the modules can be increased or decreased according to the operating requirements of the actual heat exchange effect, so that the heat exchange amount can be changed flexibly.
