Abstract

The invention provides a method for analyzing a webpage exit region and an exit reason, which comprises the following steps: step 1, users log in a client to browse a webpage, a server counts and stores page information and user access information which comprise track coordinate data of each user who browses the page and operation information on coordinates; step 2, the track coordinate data of the users and the operation information are analyzed to determine exit modes of the page and record the coordinates of exit points; step 3, according to the exit modes and the coordinates, a corresponding thermography on a screen-shot of integral webpage information; and step 4, according to the thermography, the webpage exit region and the exit reason are analyzed, wherein the operation information comprises click behaviors, retention behaviors and retention time of the users on each coordinate point and the exit modes comprise a click exit mode, a retention exit mode and a track exit mode.
