The dipping process comprises the steps: conducting high vacuum impregnation on low-temperature diphenylethane insulating oil in a capacitor well equipped with a capacitive core; inversing the capacitor after the impregnation is finished, and leaching the low-temperature diphenylethane insulating oil; conducting low vacuum impregnation by adopting organic silica gel GN-503 as impregnant; conducting curing at normal temperature after the impregnation is finished; and packaging the capacitor by adopting epoxy resin. By adopting the process scheme, the rated working field intensity of the metal foil type capacitor with the dry type high-pressure polypropylene film is greatly improved compared with that of the traditional process scheme, thus being capable of realizing miniaturization, and having the advantage of good reliability.
