The invention discloses foaming bath lotion, which comprises the following components in part by weight: 35 to 45 parts of triethanolamine lauryl sulfate, 18 to 28 parts of polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil, 1 to 2 parts of essence, 230 to 300 parts of refined de-ionized water, 32 to 50 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine and 5 to 12 parts of colloidal oat kernel flour.
