Abstract

The invention discloses a method for dynamically monitoring the health status of a wind turbine gearbox in real time in the technical field of status monitoring and fault diagnosis of rotating machinery. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a vibration signal and operating and monitoring data of the gearbox; analyzing the vibration signal of the gearbox to obtain the time domain feature and frequency domain feature of the vibration signal of the gearbox and the envelope spectrum feature of an envelope signal; establishing an operation condition space for the gearbox and dividing the operation condition space of the gearbox into a predetermined number of operation condition sub-spaces of the gearbox according to the operating data of the gearbox; generating a health status feature library for each component of the gearbox from an obtained operation monitoring historical data subset; establishing a health status evaluation model to obtain a health status real-time evaluation model under each operation condition and the health index of each component; and finally, calculating the health index of the gearbox.
