direct current power supply, a high-frequency 
inverter, a primary edge compensation structure, a 
coupling structure, a secondary edge compensation structure, a high-frequency 
rectifier and a load which are successively connected are involved. The 
coupling structure comprises a 
simulation ground, a 
simulation electromobile shell and a coupling pole plate set, the couplingpole plate set comprises two transmitting pole plates and two receiving pole plates, and every two of the transmitting pole plates, the receiving pole plates, the 
simulation ground and the simulationelectromobile shell form a 
capacitor. The method comprises the steps that firstly, parameters, input voltages, output voltages and output powers of all the capacitors among the pole plates in the 
system are determined, then the 
system frequency v is selected, the 
system frequency v is compared with the lowest system frequency fmin obtained from calculation of the parameters, the system frequencyv is determined, 
inductance values of all transmitting coils and receiving coils are calculated, and based on the calculated 
inductance values, the transmitting coils and the receiving coils are manufactured to construct a CPT system circuit.
