Self-adaptive buffering body position fixing instrument for ankle radiotherapy

The invention belongs to the technical field of medical equipment, and particularly relates to an ankle radiotherapy self-adaptive buffering body position fixing instrument which comprises a base, a controller is fixedly connected to the side wall of the base, four supporting rods are fixedly connected to the upper side wall of the base, the upper ends of the four supporting rods are fixedly connected with the same fixing base, and the same fixing base is fixedly connected with the controller. The fixing base is of a U-shaped structure, small electric push rods are fixedly connected to the left side and the right side of the fixing base correspondingly, and the movable ends of the small electric push rods penetrate through the fixing base and are connected with attaching clamping assemblies. When the ankle of a patient is subjected to radiotherapy, the foot of the patient can be fully bound, multi-direction displacement such as foot rotation, ankle translation and plantar sliding can be accurately limited, a positioning error is controlled within a radiotherapy safety threshold value, it is ensured that a target area and an irradiation field are accurately overlapped, and the situation that the dosage of tumor tissue is insufficient or normal tissue is excessively irradiated is avoided.

Catheter for the local treatment of tumour tissue in intravascular and intraluminal spaces

PendingUS20250380982A1ElectrotherapyEndoscopesTumour tissueExternal catheter
The invention relates to a catheter for locally treating tissue, in particular tumour tissue or other undesirable tissue types, in intravascular and intraluminal spaces for insertion into a vessel for the duration of treatment. The catheter comprises a flexible, cylindrical body (2) having a first lumen (14.1) for receiving a guidewire for guiding the catheter (1), a second lumen (14.2), and at least one third lumen (14.3) for separately introducing chemical and / or biological therapeutic agents into the tissue, wherein the cylindrical body (2) has radio-paque features. The catheter further comprises a conductive structure (6) for generating pulsed electric fields, wherein the conductive structure (6) comprises at least a first and a second structural element (8.1, 8.2). In addition, a first and a second electrical supply line (10.1, 10.2) are provided and insulated from each other. The invention further relates to a catheter system.

Tumor blood vessel blocking type light diagnosis and treatment molecule as well as preparation method and application thereof

The invention discloses a tumor blood vessel blocking type light diagnosis and treatment reagent and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps that in the nitrogen atmosphere, aza-BODIPY molecules NBDP and a blood vessel blocking reagent 5, 6-dimethylxanthine-4-acetic acid are dissolved in a dichloromethane medium; the light diagnosis and treatment molecule NVDA is obtained through a reaction by taking NVDA as a substrate, 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide) as a carboxyl activating reagent and 4-dimethylaminopyridine as a reaction catalyst. The optical diagnosis and treatment reagent NVDA nano-particles can selectively destroy tumor blood vessels and realize high-resolution blood vessel NIR-II fluorescence imaging so as to dynamically monitor the damage process of the tumor blood vessels; under the irradiation of 808 nm laser, the NVDA nanoparticles can efficiently generate I-type active oxygen species, and also show the photothermal conversion efficiency as high as 44%; the NIR-II fluorescent imaging-mediated I-type photodynamic therapy, photothermal therapy and vascular disruption combined therapy for deep tumor tissues can be used for efficiently killing tumor cells.

Anti-TRPV6 monoclonal antibody and application thereof

A segment of characteristic polypeptide antigen of a TRPV6 protein is selected to immunize mice and then screening is performed to obtain hybridoma cell lines 12CT 9.5.1, 16CT 18.1.1.2 and 16CT 4.1.1.2. The series of cells can secrete monoclonal antibodies against TRPV6 and can specifically recognize the TRPV6 protein and tumour tissue. The series of antibodies can be used to measure the level of TRPV6 in cells in an artificial or automated manner by means of immunohistochemistry (IHC), enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), immunofluorescence (IF), chemiluminescent immunoassay (CLIA), turbidimetric immunoassay (TIA), or western blot, are thus used in a method for diagnosing tumour tissue, and relate to the field of biological detection.
