An exhaust gas feeding device (22) is designed to feed exhaust gas to be measured to the measurement chamber (26). Low-particle zero gas can be fed from a zero gas source (12) to the measurement chamber (26). A switching element (30) which is disposed between the exhaust gas feeding device (22) and the measurement chamber (26) is suited for selectively allowing or preventing the feeding of exhaust gas into the measurement chamber (26).
