Abstract

The invention discloses a data unloading method, user equipment, a peer node and a data unloading system, and belongs to the field of communication. The method comprises the following steps of: receiving an address of a policy and charging rules function (PDRF) transmitted by a packet data network gateway (PDN GW); transmitting an unloading notification message which at least comprises the address of the PDRF to the peer node positioned in an unloading target network; after receiving an unloading notification acknowledgement message transmitted by the peer node, transmitting a data stream needing to be unloaded to the peer node, so that the peer node addresses the PCRF according to the address, contained in the unloading notification message, of the PCRF; and triggering the PCRF to perform policy and quality of service (QoS) control on the data stream needing to be unloaded. The invention also provides corresponding user equipment, the peer node and the system.
