The lifting piston 3 inside the cylinder 1 is open at the bottom and has another welded rigid washer 4 at a distance from the lower end on the outer surface of the piston. The gasket has a series of holes around it. There is an O-ring seal 6 below the gasket 4 welded to the piston. The O-ring seal 6 has a certain degree of porosity and has the same number and position of holes as the gasket 4 of the piston. This washer is made of low-friction and highly resilient elastomeric material. Below the O-ring there is another gasket 7 which is loose. This loose washer also has holes for the introduction of bolts.
