Abstract

The invention discloses a USB (Universal Serial Bus) waterproof component which comprises a first circuit board, a USB connector and a waterproof sleeve, wherein the first circuit board comprises a first surface, a second surface, and a side face for connecting the first surface and the second surface; the USB connector is fixedly arranged on the first surface of the first circuit board; the waterproof sleeve comprises a sleeve body which is partially covered on the first surface, and an edge part which is bent and extended from the edge of the sleeve body to the second surface; the side face of the first circuit board is wrapped by the edge part; an opening is arranged in a position where the sleeve corresponds to the USB connector; and the USB connector passes through the opening. The invention also discloses portable electronic equipment.
