Abstract

The present invention relates to a continuous process for conducting a chemical reaction in a liquid reaction medium. Characteristically: - said continuous process is carried out in a microreactor (10), - said chemical reaction produces a solid insoluble in said liquid reaction medium, and - said continuous process comprises the continuous extraction of said solid, as it is produced, with a solvent S2, immiscible with said reaction medium. Such a process is advantageously carried out for conducting the activation of a carboxylic acid in the presence of an organic base.
