Abstract

The invention discloses a post-processing method of butyl regenerated rubber. The post-processing method comprises the following steps of (1) cooling semi-finished product rubber after desulfuration to the normal temperature; (2) dividing the cooled semi-finished product rubber into at least two parts, and respectively refining to obtain refined semi-finished product rubber; and (3) mixing all refined semi-finished product rubber, and filtering and detaining to obtain end products. The post-processing method changes a single function that a butyl regenerated rubber plant uses a rubber filtering machine at present, uses special design of screw draw ratio and machine head, increases a mesotherm temperature regulating device, accordingly reduces a refining process, simplifies work procedures, improves mass stability, directly obtains end products through mixing, mesotherm strengthening re-desulfuration, filtering and retaining swelling, uses a four-in-one composite retaining method, and achieves a purpose of low-value generation to high-quality recovery of butyl water rubber.
