The detection unit for subject fundus photograph comprises an objective lens, a camera, polarizing illuminating beams, a polarizing splitter, a diaphragm, a white light source and an infrared light source. The camera is disposed at a second end point of the detection unit and is used for automatically focusing and photographing subject fundus.
