Protection of inflow water is achieved by intelligently switching a gas intake passage of the greenhouse gas analyzer, and the inflow water protector comprises an inflow water detector, a passage switching system, an alarm, a drainage device and a reset device. During use of the inflow water protector, after a system of the inflow water detector detects water inflow of the gas intake passage, signals are simultaneously transmitted to the passage switching system and the alarm, a protective gas intake passage is opened after the passage switching system receives the signals while a normal gas intake passage is closed, and accordingly water is prevented from entering the analyzer, and the analyzer is protected. When the alarm receives a water inflow signal, alarming information is started, and alarm is sent to an operator.
